The Third Annual Moravian Advent and Christmas Festival and Holiday Market is a day of family fun and festivities!
– Christmas carols (Weihnachtslieder) and other holiday music by a variety of choirs, bands, brass ensembles, guitarists;
– Food and Drink Vendors (on the plaza); Tannenbäume (Christmas trees);
– Advent and Christmas items for sale; Artists and Craftspersons; Gifts, Demonstrations; (A K Davis Ctr and Elberson Fine Arts Ctr);
– Children’s Activities and games; storytime; Santa Claus!

Two buildings full of music, art, and fun: The Archie K Davis Center and the Elberson Fine Arts Center of Salem College
Food and other exhibits in the parking lot and lawn and courtyard.

ChristmasFest is an opportunity for your whole family to enjoy Salem, experience Christmas tastes and sounds, and immerse yourself in German and Moravian Christmas traditions. Modeled after the ever-popular German Christmas Markets (Christkindlmärkte), the festival will feature music, arts and crafts, gifts, Tannenbäume (Christmas trees), food and drink, as well as fun and festivities for all ages, including activities for children and a chance to meet Weihnachtsmann (Santa)!
