Epicurean Dinner Series “Ode to Spring” featuring Poet Laureate Ed Lent, Madison, CT, May 2
Join us as we welcome Ed Lent, Town of Madison’s Poet Laureate for a very special Epicurean Dinner Experience at Madison Beach Hotel. This one night only dinner event is limited to only 60 guests. The menu will be designed by the culinary team at Madison Beach Hotel led by Executive Chef Peter Hamil. Wines will be expertly selected by our guest sommelier Tanya Raisz and Ed Lent will craft readings to pair with each dinner course.
The evening begins with a welcome reception including passed hors d’oeuvres, reception station and a specialty drink.
A multi-course dinner follows with wine paired with each course.
Event Tickets: $150 per person. Inclusive of gratuity and sales tax. EventBrite ticketing fees are additional.
