Josie Long is a multi-award-winning comedian, writer, podcaster, and film-maker. She is a trailblazer of the UK comedy industry, as the first woman to be nominated 3 times for Edinburgh Comedy Award (2010 – 2012). Her 9 critically acclaimed tours showcase her unique and powerfully original voice and have been performed globally to sell-out shows. Her various podcasts and original radio shows have garnered her a world-wide audience of dedicated listeners and multiple awards. Josie is an avid film-maker, having written and performed in 2 short films and most recently a full-length feature called Super November. She’s been on all the TV channels, and has 2 comedy specials currently streaming. Cara Josephine is available on Amazon Prime, and Something Better is available on Netflix. Her debut book, a collection of short stories called Because I Don’t Know What You Mean and What You Don’t is out now. Josie has also been seen on 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown and The Alternative Comedy Experience with Stewart Lee.
Priya Hall is a stand up comedian and writer. She has featured on Comedy Central Live (Comedy Central), BBC Presents: Stand up for Live Comedy (BBC One and Three), Live From Aberystwyth Pier (BBC One Wales and BBC Radio Wales), Fred At The Stand (BBC Radio 4), Machynlleth Comedy Showcase (BBC Radio Wales), Stand Yp (S4C). Priya has also written and starred in a BBC 2 Wales pilot alongside Meera Syal, called Beena and Amrit and wrote and starred in a BBC Radio Wales sitcom by the same name. She has been a guest panellist on The Blame Game (BBC NI), Breaking the News (BBC Radio Scotland), and a team captain on What Just Happened? (BBC Radio Wales). She was a semi-finalist in the BBC New Comedy Awards 2021.
She has written on the revival of the BBC Three sitcom Bad Education, which is available on BBC iPlayer.
